I offer you a warm welcome in a safe place to speak confidentially and appreciate how difficult it can be to take that first step in seeking help. I am available via Phone, Text, Email.
If you find phoning me difficult, you are very welcome to email or text me with any questions you may have. I may not be able to answer my phone immediately so if you wish to leave a voicemail, it is only me who has access to this and it is password protected. I will reply to you as soon as I can, usually within a few hours of receiving your message. I will delete your message once I have listened to it. When you leave a message, please state whether you would prefer a text/email/phonecall and whether I can leave a Voicemail for you.
The counselling room has a separate entrance to the house. There is a small step leading into the side door so please be aware of this if you have mobility issues or have a wheelchair. I am sensitive to the obstacles a disability can bring so please let me know if there is something I can help with to allow counselling to be accessible for you. I have single sided deafness and wear a hearing aid which enables me to hear very well. You may or may not notice my hearing aid.
